Week 2 of the Far Western Tournament proved challenging for all our teams. 18 Black, 17 Black and 16 Gray all finished the way they were seeded. Team 16 Black, competing in their first Open tournament, made the biggest jump as they were seeded 28th and finished 6th. Even more impressive, the Open team that won Gold in 16 Open lost just one match ... to Team 16 Black. |

Team 16 Black returns from the Big South Classic in Atlanta the 16 Club Champions. Team 16 Gray also advanced to the Gold bracket and eventually finished 9th of 134 teams. Team 18 Black, amidst controversy, ended up playing in the Silver bracket and won that placing them 13th. All summed, Club Utah showed very well in Atlanta. Next up, the Far Western Classic in Reno ... details forthcoming. |
